Hubungan HR Analytics dengan Pengambilan Keputusan dalam Manajemen Pengembangan SDM

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Digital HR Analytics (HRA), dengan fokus pada (1) mekanisme mobilisasi keterampilan HRA sehari-hari untuk mencapai keselarasan epistemik, dan (2) faktor penentu efektivitas HRA pada UKM/startup di lingkungan terbatas sumber daya. Metode kajian literatur sistematis digunakan melalui lima tahap analisis. Hasilnya mengidentifikasi tiga praktik mobilisasi kunci boundary spanning, customizing dashboards, dan speaking a language of numbers yang mengintegrasikan output HRA ke dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada UKM, adopsi HRA dan pelatihan digital hanya berdampak jika didukung faktor kontekstual (seperti sumber daya dan infrastruktur) dan strategis (seperti keselarasan strategis dan integrasi inovasi). Kesimpulannya, penelitian memberikan kerangka holistik yang menekankan pentingnya pendekatan teknis, epistemik, dan organisasi untuk memaksimalkan dampak HRA terhadap kinerja.
