Abstract

Transformasi Digital Sumber Daya Manusia (DHRM) mengintegrasikan teknologi canggih seperti kecerdasan buatan dan big data untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kelincahan organisasi, yang menuntut perubahan struktural seperti hierarki yang lebih datar. Di dalam kerangka DHRM, Digital HR Analytics (HRA) mengubah fungsi SDM menjadi mitra strategis berbasis data. Namun, implementasi HRA tingkat lanjut menghadapi tantangan seperti ambiguitas konseptual dan risiko etis, termasuk bias dan berkurangnya otonomi manusia. Keberhasilannya bergantung pada epistemic alignment—penyelarasan hasil analitis dengan persepsi pengambil keputusan—melalui praktik seperti boundary spanning dan komunikasi data yang jelas. Dengan demikian, DHRM adalah proses sosioteknis yang menggabungkan teknologi, perubahan struktural, dan pertimbangan manusia. Penelitian ke depan perlu berfokus pada mekanisme implementasi praktis dan penerapan dalam konteks yang spesifik.
