Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah komunikasi bisnis menjadi dialog interaktif dua arah yang melibatkan konsumen sebagai mitra (model Human-to-Human). Kajian literatur sistematis ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kompetensi digital esensial bagi komunikator bisnis modern. Melalui penelusuran di Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) dengan kata kunci “digital transformation of business communication”, 40 artikel paling relevan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital adalah masalah kelangsungan hidup organisasi, di mana komunikasi berperan kritis. Kompetensi digital yang diperlukan mencakup: kesadaran digital, kepemimpinan digital, analisis data, otomasi pemasaran dan AI, manajemen media sosial, desain UI/UX, serta etika dan keamanan digital. Integrasi kompetensi ini mendukung keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan, transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepatuhan. Kajian juga mengungkap celah penelitian, seperti kebutuhan studi longitudinal dan pendalaman aspek “lunak” (soft DT). Organisasi perlu mengembangkan strategi komunikasi adaptif dan meningkatkan kompetensi digital komunikatornya agar bertahan di era digital.
