Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh metode pembelajaran hybrid terhadap keterlibatan dan kepuasan mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Studi kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui perangkat lunak LISREL. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 151 mahasiswa aktif dari berbagai universitas di Indonesia, dipilih secara acak dan diukur menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5. Variabel penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran sebagai variabel independen, keterlibatan mahasiswa sebagai variabel mediasi, dan kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode hybrid memberikan fleksibilitas belajar, namun mahasiswa lebih menyukai pembelajaran tatap muka. Keterlibatan akademik terbukti memiliki peran signifikan sebagai mediator antara metode pembelajaran dan kepuasan mahasiswa. Nilai estimasi hubungan antar variabel menunjukkan pengaruh positif, dengan keterlibatan hybrid (LEH) memiliki kontribusi lebih tinggi (0,78) dibandingkan keterlibatan online (LEO) sebesar 0,27. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam memahami dinamika pembelajaran hybrid di perguruan tinggi.
